The on-site service is a solution where the experienced Manpower HR Partners support the client with different HR and recruiting functions in the client’s preferred location.
This is a good solution for increased HR related work or for example temporary replacements of HR personnel. The exact content of the service and the functions will be agreed upon according to the needs of the client.
Payroll management
Payroll management is Manpower’s service that enables using a full- or part-time employee without hiring them to the company. The client proposes a suitable candidate who they wish to hire to Manpower, agrees with the candidate upon the conditions of the employment and has therefore control over the hired personnel.Workforce taxes accounting (local and foreign)
Workforce taxes accounting is a solution where Manpower as an external partner carries out the staffing related salary and tax calculation according to the input provided by the client.
The service is meant for local companies as well as companies registered outside of Estonia where Manpower can also, if necessary, act as an authorized representative at the Tax and Customs Board, carrying out the necessary activities (for example staffing data management, salary and tax calculation, tax declarations and reports) in compliance with the local legislation. This solution is meant for client’s own employees’ salary and tax accounting (not for rental workforce).
