ASSEMBLERS

Your role and responsibilities: 

In this role, your work will have a meaningful impact. Our products help companies reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of their production processes. As most of our products are exported worldwide, you will play an important part by ensuring the timely and high-quality assembly of products that meet customer requirements.

 
Your daily responsibilities:
  • Ensure the high-quality and timely assembly of products in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions
  • Monitor the production process and maintain accurate documentation
  • Follow occupational health and safety requirements and established workplace procedures
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve production processes, safety, and the working environment
  • Support colleagues and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role, or the ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong technical aptitude and good manual dexterity
  • Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, or English
  • Accuracy and attention to technical details
  • Secondary or vocational education in a technical field
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

The position operates on a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday:

Morning shift: 06:30-14:30; Evening shift 14:30-22:30.

Location: Jüri, Harju County, Estonia.
